The Photo Zoo, Myself, and Family
My name is Anthony “Shane” Crouch. If you read the quote from our main page, then you know our goal with the “Photo Zoo”. It is to learn landscape photography and as we do slow down, stop, and appreciate the beauty of creation that we overlook every day. Our goal is to teach what we learn, and share that beauty through digital photos, videos, and prints. My Crew
Here is a picture of my family and myself. My family is so awesome by continuously supporting me as I learn photography and go on these Photo Zoo adventures. They are always on the trips keeping me company, helping, and making sure I do not kill myself in my effort to get out enjoy nature, get in shape, and learn photography.
The Galleries
I have decided to post our own little gallery here not to show my best work but to rather track my progress as I learn and grow. I want to be able to look back over the months as see how the compositions and styles change as I learn. I hope I come back years from now and hate some of them as that would be an excellent sign that I am learning. I can definitely tell that photography is truly an art. As with most arts, you will never quit learning and growing. This is one of the things that excites me the most.
The Prints
As I learn and develop my skills at photography, I hope take take at least one favorite photograph a year and create a limited edition print. One edition of the print will be given away on our Youtube Channel “The Photo Zoo” to thank the watchers for their support. The prints are created by me from start to finish, printed on the best archival paper with pigment inks to produce a print that should last a life time.
